Britt (she/her) is a first generation/low income college student from a little town called Boring, Oregon. She received a Bachelor's Degree from Portland State University where she completed research in extremophile virology, spent a few gap years studying nephrology and hypertension, and in 2019 she began her MD/PhD program at the University of Arizona College of Medicine - Tucson where she studies neuroimmunology of brain injury. She is dedicated to revolutionizing medicine so that someday, doctors will truly reflect the diversity of their patients.
